Why Are We Addicted To Watching The White Lotus?

Let’s unpack that (and a few other thoughts about this season)

One of the greatest minds of our time once said “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” and that mind was Willa Ford.

The White Lotus is, for many of us, an extension of reality that both disgusts and intrigues. It latches onto our moral compass and decides south is north, west is east, and that a boring show featuring hot people being despicable in a beautiful locale is exciting. So why can’t we stop watching? I have a theory.
