Keke Are You Riding, Cause Girl It’s Time To Go!
Maybe Drake was right!
As someone who never has an opinion on what other people wear—especially women—may I just say that men really do be having all the audacity in the world.
The latest “man” is Keke Palmer’s boyfriend. Yes, the Keke Palmer with an illustrious film career, and the larger than life personality. The Keke who generally has only good things to say about other people, and the boyfriend who—is a nobody.
Last night, as Keke was enjoying a night at Usher’s Las Vegas residency a video of him serenading her went viral—in the video, she can be seen wearing a (very cute) sheer dress, she does a little spin, and we see her booty cheeks. Big whoop!
Most people didn’t have a problem with this because Keke is:
A grown, 29 year-old woman
The head of her household
The breadwinner, bringing home the bacon, and she owns the table at which said bacon and bread are brought to
A MUTHA
However, someone who did have a problem with that is her boyfriend—not her husband—her boyfriend, the father of her child. Instead of texting her privately, he decided to take to Twitter.
First of all, she is a grown woman who can wear what she wants to wear, and if you are not the breadwinner, the bacon bringerhomer or, or any other person that is in charge of the household you don’t get to say what she wears. And even if you WERE all those things you still don’t get to dictate what she wears! Besides, the outfit was cute!
Anyway, I’m sure she saw what he, and everyone else was saying because she took to Instagram and posted a lot more photos!
As usual, the internet gathered him up VERY quickly, with people pointing out the fact that he didn’t say “man of the house”
And others pointing out his hypocrisy in saying what a woman should, and shouldn’t show on the internet
And others just pointing out how absolutely disgusting he is in general
But most importantly—pointing out that she should dump that zero, and get herself a hero!
In a proper turn of events, he deleted his Twitter profile, and all of his social media. So at least we can be thankful for that. Maybe he learned his lesson, maybe he didn’t, but I’m sure Keke taught him another valuable lesson, and that is to SHUT UP! Anyway, Alexa—play Drake, In My Feelings!
