One of my favourite things to do is watch movies.
I love a good period piece (Another Country - 1986) , a romcom (Anna Karenina - 2012), an erotic thriller (Body Heat - 1981) — and sometimes, even a stylized, Guy Ritchie shoot ‘em up, bang bang filmé (this would usually be RocknRolla - 2008, but most recently, the not-released-in-America Operation Fortune: Ruse de Guerre) but I love filmés so much, that when was asked to cover Sundance Filmé Festival, I said not me being the new housewife of Salt Lake City while Jen Shah is in jail! But also, I said yes.
I left for Salt Lake City having just gotten back from a two month gaycation in Sweden six days earlier (which was supposed to be for me editing my script, but it was mostly doing kissing and snow) I was tired, and I was hangry, but most importantly, I was excited, because there were a handful of filmés I really wanted to see. Most notably, Infinity Pool with the Swedish king of Vampires himself, Alexander Skarsgård. I saw him wearing a leash in one (1) trailer and that’s all I needed. I was set.
