The Glen Powell/Sydney Sweeney Romcom tried to kill me
I love a good romcom.
As longtime readers may well remember (especially since it was a post from earlier this month) I rewatch all three Bridget Jones’ Diary films over the holidays.
It’s a tradition that I’ve come to love (even if the second movie is bad) so when the new romcom with Glen Powell and Sydney Sweeney was announced, I was hesitant—more like “girl what the fuck” than “hmm” but I was still interested! So I went to see it for the sake of curiosity, and investigatory journalism. I do this for Y’ALL!!!
