You are so right about who is the superior Meghan. Blonde Meghan is insufferable.

My reaction to "With Love, Meghan" was the same, though. Lifestyle content in this apocalypse is NOT the vibe. 2015 was peak lifestyle era.

Lifestyle content and escapism is actually more popular than ever. The alternative is doom and gloom all around. Reading and watching war and famine every day. People have always needed escapism, and it’s just interesting that people don’t have this same energy for others

I would never say that a Black woman is not projecting suffering in the right way, or in a way that is enough for me.

I am currently enjoying a late-to-the-party read of Spare, I can’t help but feel my interest is the motivation the superior Meghan has been waiting for for her graceful re-emergence onto the scene ✨

Yay for book mail!! These both sound so interesting to me! Also I think Meghan is beautiful and graceful and looks like she plans a mean party. I can’t handle this type of lifestyle content personally bc I become deranged and think my house should look like that and get all panicky that it doesn’t and never will. But I think it looks like the best possible version of that content!
